My Beef Stroganoff HCG P3 or P4

 I've been making this forever, but I decided to modify it to cut calories, and to cut carbs down.
Miracle Noodles are awesome with this recipe.

Beef Stroganoff
12 oz round steak (can also work with chicken, lean burger or roast)
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained well
8oz breakstone or borden's sour cream
2 cans campbell's cream of mushroom soup
I use enough water to turn it into 8-10 servings

   Cut steak in piece, cook steak, I use butter. Add mushrooms to steak, heat well. Add soup, and approximately one soup can of water to start. After mixture is heated through, blend in sour cream.
   Hear well, should be bubbling but stir often so it doesn't burn.
   I serve over prepared and heated miracle noodles. Miracle Noodles absorb the taste.
To taste, you may want to add:
   more sour cream or another 1/2 can soup.
  any spices you like, for example Mrs. dash.
   It's great over paste, egg noodles or thick slices of garlic bread. None of which I use. I'm a low carb follower.

Creating Unique Recipes The HCG Diet

   If you've tried this diet, or had to cook for someone on this diet you know what a royal pain it is to use so few ingredients. This small recipe is tasty, but might not be up to your tastes.

   Tilapia Dill Onion Dish
1 small onion (steam 2 minutes)
3.5 oz piece Tilapia (steam it until no longer pink)
yellow mustard 1-2 tsp (to taste)
Snack'mmms pickles (the tiny pickles 2 diced small)
a few drops dill liquid from the jar (to taste)

Flake fish into bits, chop up the onion add the mustard and mini pickle bits, add a few drops pickle jar liquid.
I add a little Mrs, Dash lemon pepper sometimes to taste.
